This program is designed for experienced educators who are ready to explore career opportuntities beyond K-12 systems. If you've been wondering what's next, this program will help you uncover possibilities.

No special skills are required beyond what you already bring as an educator. The program focuses on helping you leverage the strengths you already possess and prepare for a successful career transition, whether you're a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, or you serve in another role.

The PLUS and PREMIER programs include 15 lessons across three courses. The CORE program has 8 lessons. Most lessons are under 60 minutes. With a flexible design, you can complete the entire program in less than 90 days, at a pace that works for your schedule.

You'll gain clarity on career options outside the classroom/school and learn how to present your skills in ways that resonate with new industries. The program teaches you how to turn your teaching and leadership experience into career currency that hiring managers value.

The next cohort begins October 15th. You'll have until January 28th (105 days) to complete all courses, giving you plenty of time to move through the program with confidence.
